People with responsibility are a team member who does what is needed to reach the goal. I possess this by living up to my commitments and promises.
An arranger looks at the needs and wants when organizing a group or event. I display this strength by making sure that I am effective with my time by being flexible. Often play the role of a teacher, leader, or coach.
Includers make sure that all individuals feel included, including the ones that feel ignored, the left out, and overlooked. I work great with others and make sure everyone feels included and important.
People who are restorative often feel the desire to make sure that everyone's needs are met and personal shortcomings are confronted. In groups I am able to see my problems and work towards fixing them to allow myself to be most useful.
Futuristics' are dream about what is coming in the future. With their visions of the future they inspire others. I possess this strength by being imaginative and can describe what I want the future to look like before others can even picture it.
